"False Flag" does not mean the incident is fake.
"False Flag" means that whoever did it made it look like somebody else did it. They used a "false flag" instead of their own flag.
The expression comes from the way pirates would sneak up on, say, a French cargo ship by flying the flag of France. The cargo ship thinks they're friendly and lets them get close. Then the pirates yank down their French flag, hoist the Jolly Roger, board the ship, steal everything, and kill everyone.
They used a "false flag" - one that was not their own - to sneak in and carry out a real crime.

That whole situation with Alex and SH is a crock. One of the "victims" of Alex's speech was an FBI agent, with no kid that went to that school?? LOL
OP might have a separate answer, but my take is that something happened by design to produce this story. So it's a mixture of both fake and real events to create a fake story. The deaths are likely well-staged and fake (disclaimer: I haven't done any original research myself), along with the injuries. More time will yield more details.
I can't answer what was real or fake about the event. They have some kind of ability to create these events to look realistic. Sandy Hook may be a good event to look back on to see how the cabal was able to pull off that stunt.
