This will keep Christian children safe in school. As a response to the Minneapolis Catholic school shooting, the Department of Justice is considering possibly banning transgender individuals from owning guns.

I posed this question to someone (democrat) a long time ago when red flag laws were coming up.
If a Democratic Congress/HHS and president decided to classify people who voted for Trump in 2016 as mentally ill, thus inhibiting their ability to purchase and own firearms, would that be fair? Conversely, if a GOP Congress/HHS and president decided the same for trans people, would that also be fair?
In either case, you open the flood gates for letting the government dictate who can and can't own a gun, when we're already dealing with encroachments as it is.
