Have you tried DMSO ear drops? Use 70% reverse osmosis or distilled water and add 30% pure DMSO that can be purchased on Amazon. This greatly help mine.
Please answer some questions?
Please explain about the reverse osmosis water. Is that something you can buy or do you have to have a special filter / machine to get it?
What brand of DMSO do you use?
3 .How long did you have tinnitus before you started this regime?
How long have you been doing it?
How much help has it been? For instance, if the tinnitus was formerly at 100%, what percent would you say it is now?
Thanks.
Just go buy distilled water at CVS. I use DMSO sold in glass bottles. I’ve had tinnitus for twenty years.
Does it go away after using this once? How many treatments?
So the DMSO doesn't work for you? Or maybe you get temporary relief but have to keep taking it periodically?
You can purchase distilled water, or a quality RO filter to create safe water at home. You just don't want any impurities from city water - as DMSO 'carries' anything mixed with it into the body. It is often used in mainstream medical practice by using pharmaceutically compounded creams/lotions to carry anti-inflammatory and pain-killing drugs into the body. For example: I had a cream for neck pain due to a collapsed disk that incorporated DMSO and ketamine and lidocaine to ease the pain.
City water, while "safe" to drink - contains all manner of residual drugs (think birth control, anti-depressants, etc.) that you don't want in your body. Thus, the requirement for 'pure' water to mix it with.
Interesting, it sort of amplifies whatever is in the water. Yikes. That could be good or bad. Thanks for the warning and the info, txpenguin. (Hey, what are you doing out of the Antarctic?)
I have a reverse osmosis filter system in my house. Distilled is fine too. Amazon has many good brands of pure 99.9% DMSO. Heiltr PFEN is one I got made in Germany I believe. I would put the drops in twice a day and do it for at least 60 days. I have had tinnitus for over 20 years and this is the only thing that I have seen work some.
So do you have to keep doing it to find relief? How long does it go before you have to start the drops again?
Does the DMSO get rid of it permanently or temporarily?
I was going to say the same thing. I had surgery recently and a scar on my neck and some pain along the jaw line. I’ve been applying DMSO (30% DMSO / 70% distilled water) on a cotton ball along my scar and jawline daily. I was going all the way back up behind my ear and then I noticed a couple of days later I no longer have tinnitus after having it for many many years. I then started using my DMSO for chronic pain in a couple of joints, I’m old, and I’m pretty much pain-free now.
I learned about DMSO here and I’m very careful on how I handle it. I store it in a glass jar with a glass dropper. That stuff is like a miracle that I’ve never heard of before and I’m shocked at how it’s helped various joints and other stuff in my body.
added info on DMSO to assist

So you didn't even put the DMSO in your ear, you just applied it to the skin near the ear, and your tinnitus went away?!! That's amazing.
Do you actually do the 70 - 30 split yourself, or do you buy it that way? And will you please tell us the brand you use? Thanks! And congrats on having found relief.
Yes. I didn’t realize it helped tinnitus until I used it for something else. I have had tinnitus many years. Not severe but worse than mild. If it came back I was going to try drops in the ears but it’s been a few weeks now and it has not returned while I use the DSMO every morning after my shower.
I made my own. I purchased Dimethyl Sulfoxide (DMSO) – 99.995% USP Grade – 4oz Glass Bottle × 1 from 1Ness.com and mixed it with distilled water measuring carefully the amounts to a 30% DMSO to 70% distilled water. I had an empty Amber glass bottle with a glass dropper that I reused for this.
Thank you so much for the added information, fren. All very valuable and appreciated. So happy you found relief! Sharing this will hopefully help many others. Thanks again.
