I am sure a piece of damn paper is not going to fix it. When I was working with the Judicial before, judges were attorneys or police officers for many years. They learned their trades before being promoted.
They do not grab Tom Dick and Harry off the street frying chicken nuggets to be a judge.
I just sat through a civil hearing with a magistrate who in part of yhe barr. The main judge who is responible for the magistrate manages 8 courts. This dimwit threatened contempt of court for a person refusing to sign a court affadivit he did not agree with. He claimed his 4th amendment right to be secure in his papers and showed cause as the person trying tonget the financial information the court was ordering already forged his name twice and is under active investigation by tje state. The top judge already had ruled that his not signing did not rise to contempt. All in the judges brief that the dimwit simply didnt read. Screamed at the respondent, completely lost control of her court. The big judge overruled her contempt attempt again. The lady took it personal that a man stood his ground on his rights. All the qualifications in the world cant fix that. I didnt mean to be so harsh but i had just gone through that experience. Apologies.
Exactly what I came to say. Law degrees are pieces of paper. We could have degreeless judges and lawyers, but we ALSO need to be watching ALL of them more closely.
anybody received a 7th Amendment jury lately? No, not a statutory jury where the judge tells the jurors what to think. Once a 7A jury rules, not even the supreme court can overrule the decision 'cause the people have spoken and the creation below the people can not override it. That's the problem; no state subscribes to common law, why? 'cause they are all corporations masquerading as gov.
File a suit at common law in Fed Dist Court and they use a thousand tricks to trick you back into statutory. What are statutes? They are the bylaws of the corp.

Even the judges that know shit cant be unbiased. They follow court rules over law. Its the incorporated system that sucks. We need to move back to common law and just the constitution. Any halfway intelligent person can discern if an act is lawful or not bu those two things. Get rid of case law and all the other bullshit. Every case stands on its own merits.
The U.S. Constitution does not require federal judges to be lawyers or law school graduates. It was not until late 1900's that states started it as a requirement.
I have read ALL the replies on NON-CRIMINAL JUDGES OR MAGISTRATES to render judgments in FELONY CASES that a life was lost....INSTEAD OF TAKING THIS TO A REAL JUDGE!!!!
There just might be a reason for this: This is JUST my opinion, so here it goes. There are too many crimes that are being committed by these idiots, AND THEY KNOW THAT IT WILL TAKE A LONG TIME FOR THEIR CASE(S) TO COME TO TRIAL. THAT IS WHY some of these states went to MAGISTRATE JUDGES!!!!!
IF the book was thrown at them and the punishment matched the deeds then a lot of this would be solved AND also, BRING BACK PUBLIC HANGINGS FOR CLASS 1 FELONIES... Our country was founded upon swift justice, not the crap that is being done in the courtroom(s) across this land!!!!!!
