Im for this, but there is already law on the books regarding this. When a foreign national becomes a US citizen they renounce all allegiance to any previous foreign government... full stop.

Add BOTH parents MUST be natural born US citizens, AND NO other than a US Passport, and it must be issued WITHIN the US can be held

Pass a law stating foreign nationals born outside of the US territories and not natural citizens are not allowed to hold any public office.

They shouldn't have any right to vote, even for dog catcher, until they become US Citizens.
This is a federal issue. Most states do not allow green card holders to vote.
