I do think Secret Service dropped the ball. they should be prepared for anything.. what if the escalator stopped so someone could get a good sh0t? What if it was stopped so someone could do... really anything? There was no circle around him, just people milling around like it's their Birthday.
I can pretty much guarantee this was on purpose. The teleprompter was too. Kick out the UN. Those idiots get...
