An organization that condones the murder of babies has no problems committing fraud. Take back the $1.8 Billion and ban them from getting any more money from Medicaid.
They will go bankrupt.

I am not sure, but I think that gets the whole organization black listed from any government money.
The money is gone how do the tax payers get it back? These people have no issue killing babies, stealing is a Sunday walk in the park.
