I can confirm that a Coding Nightmare erupted in this timeframe, a medical family member was in the thick of it. Incredible amounts of time spent getting a new system to work, and lots of extra time dealing with new codes that were crazily specific. Resulted in a lot of claims getting kicked out for incorrect coding and had to be re-done.
Mind-bogglingly time consuming and confusing to no particular benefit that we could see.
I think it was to take control of the medical industry, which enabled all of the other things they wanted to do - corrupt the medical industry (doctors and nurses), destroy the economy (by taking control of the insurance industry), poison the population, promote abortion world wide, organ harvesting, etc. No doubt human trafficking was part of the equation.
It has also caused shortages of doctors, technicians and testing capabilities. And sometimes hospital and rehab beds. I think they want people to be so frustrated they will demand full socialized medicine.
