That is why the governors and media are treading light with the issue of using the NG for domestic violence. They know if they make a huge issue of it he'll just implement the Insurrection Act, and they will become targets. I think they are likely already the primary targets.

My hang up is the judge blocking the NG to Oregon
I think he is still ferreting them out. They come a running when he ratchets up the law enforcement so he can find the traitors and deep state players. My hang up is how stupid these criminals are.
It needs to because a judge has blocked the NG from going to Portland.
I have long thought the key is taking out all these judges who think they can over rule the executive. Them being side lined means an alternative is needed and that is where the military tribunals step in and fill the void.
If they are removed without higher court over-ruling them, Dems would claim Trump is "acting like a dictator". It has to be done through established Constitutional means.
