Notes from Underground for me and the opening paragraph was all it took to know Fyodor was my people:
I am a sick man.... I am a spiteful man. I am an unattractive man. I
believe my liver is diseased. However, I know nothing at all about my
disease, and do not know for certain what ails me. I donβt consult a
doctor for it, and never have, though I have a respect for medicine and
doctors. Besides, I am extremely superstitious, sufficiently so to
respect medicine, anyway (I am well-educated enough not to be
superstitious, but I am superstitious). No, I refuse to consult a
doctor from spite. That you probably will not understand. Well, I
understand it, though. Of course, I canβt explain who it is precisely
that I am mortifying in this case by my spite: I am perfectly well
aware that I cannot βpay outβ the doctors by not consulting them; I
know better than anyone that by all this I am only injuring myself and
no one else. But still, if I donβt consult a doctor it is from spite.
My liver is bad, wellβlet it get worse!
Oh yes. There's a reason The Idiot is on most lists of 10 best novels. The Brothers had a wonderful romance and sentiment and that conversation with the devil.. I am a woman and couldn't resist.
Amongst the geniuses in the arts. There's a small number heads above the rest. Shakespeare, Michaelangelo, Dostoevsky....
Cool idea, but I don't think I could make myself travel through an underground/water tunnel that long. My claustrophobia would do me in, the whole time I would be worrying about the tunnel breaking and water filling up the tunnel.... nope I won't be using that tunnel...like ever!! lol
The plan for a bridge, or a later a tunnel, have been in the works for centuries, starting with something, something Catherine the Great & Furtrade.
The earliest documented plan to tunnel or bridge Alaska to Russia was a proposal by Joseph Strauss (of Golden Gate fame) in 1892 for a railroad bridge.
1906: A French engineer, Baron Loicq de Lobel, proposed a bridge-and-tunnel link, which was authorized by Russia's Czar Nicholas II. However, no physical work ever started due to the ensuing Russian Revolution and World War I
I like this idea, but my reservation right now is the mass migration going on in the world. Oceans limit it to some degree, but this could be a big problem.
Could you imagine how messed up things would have been now if that bridge was built in the 60's?
I'd love being able to take a road trip to Lake Baikal without getting fondled by a TSA homo and flying on a Boeing DEI failplane with a Fauci clotshot pilot
I do not like the idea, Zionists are too clever and what is happening is that every illegal will come here freely and stay. Have you think about the consequences of this magnitude?
This is an interesting area - the International Date line goes between the two Diomede Islands, with 3 HOUR time difference. Why is that? The date line has a Z jog in it - almost like something is missing (or hidden?) just south of these islands.
What is REALLY going on there? Look at history of Google maps -
I love this guy!
It's time. I am a big fan of Russian literature, so I suspect I would like Russians. I know I would like them a bunch more than islamists.
The Idiot is one of my all time favorite books.
Brothers Karamazov is mine. Changed my life actually.

Don't forget the fourth ninja turtle, Rafael.
According to The Protocols of the Elders of Zion (1903), they saw Russia and the United States teaming up as the biggest threat to [them.]
Yup, I think I know where this "tunnel tech" subject leads. It's gonna get "deep"!

Hey! I predicted they're planning this a month ago!

Have you ever been on BART? BART goes under the SF Bay.
Somehow the sewer system of SF is cleaner than the streets
No, never been on BART.
Itβs got a section of tunnel that goes under the SFbay. If you get claustrophobic you might want to stay away from that.
This i understand

Can we make it a draw-bridge instead, and charge China a fee to pass through it on their way to EU markets?

Once an Anon posted the related history, I had a feeling that Trump would want to make the train connection happen.
@elonmusk can I buy some shares?
