Of course, the machines can produce results quickly if the votes are not being modified, added to, and switched....that's what takes the extra time. Dems just created the justification for getting rid of the machines by taking too long (with their cheating), and doing money laundering with the machine purchases (at exaggerated prices).
And paper ballots. No Machines!
Dems should be for this. After spending days online crying about the new owners of the voting machines.

Iβm starting to think people are places I to power who are easier to blackmail. Which is why Obama judges vote a certain way.
Obama judges are ideologues, put in positions of power by an ideologue.
But they all probably have compromat on them anyway for security.
