2 aircraft splashing down in South China Sea from the same aircraft carrier 30 minutes apart is more than highly unusual. Things could be getting kinetic. Thank God all pilots and crew members were recovered safely.
Possibly some form of new technology being tested in live theater as a warning.
It could be a situation where things could quickly spiral out of control if not kept in check. All this occurring while POTUS is on a Diplomatic tour of Asia.
I served on Nimitz as a young AO from 96-00. During the two cruises I was one we only lost one aircraft. A F/A-18 that had a main mount (nosegear) snap on landing. That plane was eventually written off and pushed into the drink.
Mishaps happen relatively frequently, but it's unusual for a squadron to lose one aircraft in a 5 yr span. To have an air wing lose two in less than an hour, in peace time no less, is something that only happens once in a generation.
Thank you for your service. I know what you mean. We lost a CH-46 on take off. It cleared starboard lost power and flipped over in the water. . We lost a a pilot and fellow marines that day.

My money is on China testing some weapon or software exploit.

China wouldn't do this with Trump that way, the Deep State totally would to hinder Trump negotiations
Highly unusual is an understatement.

Sounds like something fishy going on in the South China Sea.
Two aircraft down in one day, both from the aircraft carrier Nimitz? One helicopter and one Super Hornet fighter?
One may be an accident. But two?

Thanks!
Pray for those in harms way.
Aliens.
Another helicopter! I remember at least 6 military crashes in the last month.
