Wow! I thought everyone knew this has been going on for decades. It has in my corner of the world. I remember a few folks I knew who went to jail and they complained that they were booked as "white" when they were Hispanic. A couple of them were oriental but booked as "white". This all happened in the '80's when I was in my teens & 20's. These folks are just now finding out about it?
