I have a feeling the snap and welfare funds not going out as of 11/1 is part of a plan to show the amount of fraud in these programs. There is no way 42 million people are actually on these programs.

You are correct. Also, when the "benefits" end, they will all have to reapply. How many will not (illegals)?
I think some illegals but more than likely these benefits are going to slush funds that pay for various protests, murders etc. How easy would it be to track the money the same way they did for doge? Especially as most of these are sent out as electronic payments. There are probably hundreds of thousands of accounts if not millions setup to collect these "payments in error". Then off to the funnels they go.
Every bank employee in the country must take two contiguous weeks off by regulation. HR makes it sound like they do it because they care about the employees' well-being, but it's a policy to help detect insider fraud. There's logic to it, and this could be a part.
