Several years ago I read an article in a Southern California paper (back when we read newspapers) that a packet of 80 mail-in ballots (they were called absentee ballots back then) had been delivered to the address of a 2-bedroom apartment. It was discovered because it had been left outside the mailbox because it was too big to fit into the apartment mailboxes. They have had a lot of time to get better at fraud since then.

I honestly don't think the illegals know they are voting. The registration cards have tracking numbers, so the state knows who didn’t send it back. There is no identity verification in the online registration system, so I believe someone registers on behalf of the people who didn’t return those cards.
This has been happening in New Jersey too and that's one big reason why Democrats keep winning. They have increased their numbers in the state legislature,
Democrats cheated that is how it makes sense. Dead, illegal, pets, children, 100 people using 1 address, mail in ballots scanned over and over, etc...they are very determined and somewhat clever in all the ways they cheat. I say somewhat as their overall intelligence is in question.

That's what I think too. Illegals would probably not vote because they could get in trouble if caught.

Do a little research. Look up Orange County Calif Dog voted in multiple elections, keep going you will find a multitude of instances.
Well the DOJ is suing Orange County over this matter. But I don't think the DOJ is too reputable so maybe you are right.
