This is the first time I've been able to access the site from the Philippines without a proxy in a long time. Perhaps other countries are ok to visit now.

Confirmed working from IP addresses in Japan, Korea, Thailand, Vietnam, and Singapore. Previously, verified working only from US, UK, Canadian, Australian, and New Zealand IP addresses. Interesting that it was the 5-eyes (and Commonwealth core) that came back first.
Mexico, Grenada, Argentina, Venezuela, and Brazil now confirmed.
Germany and Russia now confirmed.
It may have been an attempt to stop a brigade while not being too inconvenient to most users. They explicitly unblocked VPN IPs in those 5 countries to help.
Finally, I missed my frens here, where we get red and white pills. I see to many black pills every where. PDW is a black pill factory

That is a great question. The error page i received said they saw malicious behavior from my side, and that the site (GAW) had me blocked. That is bogus, when so many countries were affected. My theory is, government entities or perhaps EU or UN asked CF to block, and only after sufficient people complained (or filed lawsuits), did they lift the blockade.
That is just my guess, I really don't know. I assume it will happen again...

Hey, I'm down in Davao. Been living here for the last 16 years (left the country before Obama took office hehe). Might be moving back to the US with my boys if they actually succeed with the plan.
How is Mindanao these days? I remember 156 or so years ago is was quite deadly, but that was media and not first hand knowledge.
Davao and along the coast up north is entirely safe. But there are dangerous areas.
Duterte's DDS weeded out many common criminals around here, to the point I haven't witnessed a crime the entire time I've been here.
But I could hop on a bus and go for a couple hours south to the muslim areas and be in danger. Just have to know where the safe areas are.
Good to hear. It's heavily muslim in south Thailand, but they're Thai's, so no problem and no visable crime. It's there but you rerely see it.
