As for vitamin A it's pretty self explanatory. Vitamin A is added to tons of foods and drinks plus skincare and toiletries. But why? The top 30 foods rich in vitamin A are foods consumed by most people across cultures and demographics. If there's one supplement that shouldn't be added it's A. C you can take mega doses and urinate the excess out but A is a landmine
For vitamin D I would go and read a group on Facebook
Now I know it seems weird..fb group as a source but their moderation team has made a series of guides and featured posts regarding everything you need to know about why vitamin d3 is so horrible. As far as d goes they are elite level researches
Bonus points for the group being mostly anti Vax anti pharma and some of them Maga and Q adjacent
It's nice and all, but it's not really MAHA, because A2 is almost entirely an Australian-subsidization campaign like manuka honey. Australia and New Zealand realized they could capitalize upon their diversity of species as soon as they claimed health benefits, and then they could charge many times the same price for the same thing from certified Oceania species. I can't say there are zero health benefits, but I can say that there was extreme pressure to publish studies showing benefits such that I distrust the claimed benefits. Steak 'n Shake switching to beef tallow seems to me a much healthier story, but I dunno.
I had a local cafe trying to push A2 milk on us. Tasted disgusting. Not really sure why people think its wholesome, but it feels more processed than regular milk and is probably useful only for people who have issues digesting regular milk.
The beta casein A2 rich milk usually comes from the Guernsey cow breed and their A2/A2 milk is more easily digestible (better for IBS folk). A lot of Jersey cows have a genetic defect and produce A1/A2 proteins. A2 milk is just as tasty, I can’t find raw so I settle for non-homogenized (where u need to shake it before use)
I used it, A2 is easy in my stomach however there is something wrong about it, don’t trust it, I don’t know if it is treat it with other chemicals because it lasts a lot of days.
They went from being a sit-down restaurant with waitresses to a fast food dump where you order from a kiosk that doesn't even give options like "no sauce on that sandwich."
Steak n shake is 100% my favorite place to go eat at. A garlic burger with extra sauce... I could eat one every day and not ever get tired of it. Makes me a cheap date for my family!!
Any move they make to make me healthier while I enjoy my favorite burger is 100% fine by me!!!
The next battle is getting rid of added vitamins to all dairy milks and nut milks
Vitamin D is a steroid. Synthetic vitamin a is poison
Do you have further reading on this? I'm really interested.

With a2 milk it's easier to notice how awful the taste of added a and d vitamins
Thats why people love the taste of raw so much. No synthetic steroid hormones or chemicals
