They are trying to kill her as slowly as possible. May the good lord protect her, fill her heart and soul with courage and faith, her body with strength and patience and pour filth and ashes over the heads of her oppressors.
Are they trying to force Trump's hand with this move? She's dying according to some influencers, not that they would necessarily know. But if true, then this would exacerbate her illness and might serve to make Trump do something about it.

Everyone involved on this case needs to be arrested and thrown in prison themselves so they can get a taste of what your rights being taken away involves.

Is there no appeal of this conviction? She was convicted quite a long time ago wasn't she? It seems like an appeal should have already been processed.
Sounds like punishment rather than a transfer. Tina seeing the light of day and testifying might be detrimental to thwarting the law.
It feels really hard to focus so hard on midterms while she's still in jail. We're depending on the same process that's going to validate her jail time.

It wasn't a federal case. That's the only type of case for which he can issue a pardon.
Trump has no authority over state and local crimes, that is why Tina Peters is still languishing in prison.

Get a crew of worthy patriots, kit up and go get her. I'm sure if they were arrested and/or convicted of "crimes" for doing so, President Trump would pardon them. Since he cannot pardon her. If I lived closer, I'd volunteer. But I'm 1000 miles away.
