Really not impressed with Halligans courtroom misfires before this, and with Bondi for not pushing her nomination through when the shutdown at least presented an opportunity. The statute of limitations presented a challenge, but moving through this so haphazardly shouldn't have been the alternative.

Cases were dismissed WITHOUT PREJUDICE, meaning that the charges CAN be brought again with different prosecutor...
