Trump can shut down and dismantle the CIA with a stroke of a pen. The CIA was created on September 18, 1947, when President Harry S. Truman signed the National Security Act of 1947. Trump can rescind that act anytime he wants effectively ending the CIA. He's squeezing them right now to ring out all the juice and then will probably discard the pulp when he's done. I think the CIA knows this is the end game for them and they're in a total panic on how to preserve themselves.
The CIA—is the juice worth the squeeze any longer?
@realDonaldTrump
The CIA was chartered solely for foreign intelligence, yet for 78 years it has operated as America’s most powerful, least accountable institution:
$101.1 billion secret budget in 2025 alone, more than the entire State Department and USAID combined
Zero public line-item disclosure
Documented history of abuse of power
No republic in history has survived when a permanent, unelected bureaucracy wields this much money and secrecy while answering to no one.
We can have world-class intelligence without sacrificing the Constitution. Effective oversight, strict statutory firewalls against domestic operations, and complete transparency about historical abuses are radical only to those who profit from the shadows.
If we do not bring the intelligence community under constitutional control now, we will not have a constitutional republic left to defend. It is time to realize the juice is sour and we the people are the ones being squeezed.
Many believe that John Brennan is behind the recent False Flags and is carrying out the orders from his master(s) to disrupt the agenda of dismantling the CIA. An example: POTUS green lights the CIA to destroy to drug operations (their coveted cash crop) and Maduro where the world is watching the results.
If Brennen is behind it, who listens to him? Who are the people that choose to follow Brennen the Muslim over Trump our President? Brennen by himself is nobody. Who are his co-conspirators?
Just like the FBI, the CIA long considered itself a "state within a state," accountable to no one but themselves. "The Company's" interests always superceded the country's.
Its operated against America. The rank and file may not think so but its true. Heard a rumor they killed JFK. Yeah, you can dismantle the institution completely.
The leaders within the CIA will use their juice to hire some out of country assassins to take care of the problem of their defunding. President Trump needs to keep his head on a swivel and make darn certain his SS guards are reliable.
The questions that need answered are whether the U.S. is better off with or without them? They claim to protect us but everything is secret. Did they start more wars than they ended? Did they keep narcotics out of the U.S.? Did they foment more hatred of America than respect? Are we safer as a nation? How many clandestine agencies do we really need?
And how much money are they skimming of their operations, both for personal and institutional benefit? I suspect a lot of people are making large fortunes off CIA ops and that's become the primary impetus for most of their actions.

JFK was about to do the same.
And the clowns were pissed they couldn't bully him into war against Cuba.
Operation Northwoods to be precise

Bad architecture. Tear it down. Build something that works. It doesn't need to be massive.
OR just use D.I.A.
