Call me disgusting, but I haven't brushed my teeth with toothpaste in years. And I have no cavities, no tooth pain, no gum disease. The Dental Pharmaceutical Complex is designed to poison, not cure.
Just the brush and water. Rarely every day, the gums do not heal when you constantly rip them open. No floss or waterpik.
My teeth are very pale yellow (you'd think they were white) but the rest of my family's are too so idk if the color means anything.
Tartar tends to fall out naturally after about a week if I forget to brush. And yes I drink a typical American diet, just without nearly as much sugar/poisons. I.e. I rarely if every eat anything sweet but I do consume soda frequently. I drink a non-HFCS energy soda at work. Most of my diet is otherwise typical of a health conscious hard working dude: lots of protein, carbs, salads when convenient, I take a multi every couple days because I have a genetic folate deficiency. I do not drink coffee or tea or anything that RFK would strangle me over.
Not the one you asked but I'm in a similar boat: stopped using toothpaste in 2015 and haven't had a cavity since then. Before, I used to deal with cavities and tooth decay regularly to the point I thought it was just the way I was made genetically. Once I stopped using toothpaste, every dentist visit since then has been cavity-free! I don't tell my dentist I don't use toothpaste, and he doesn't ask, so I let him believe whatever.
I brush my teeth once-a-day in the morning using a regular toothbrush and only water. Twice per week, usually Mondays and Fridays, I wet the toothbrush and put some baking soda on it, and brush that on my teeth. That's it! Oh, once in a while, like maybe once every month or two, I rinse my mouth with peroxide. I'll gargle a mouthful, spit it out, and move on with my day.
Regarding flossing, I'll floss if I feel something is jammed in my teeth. Usually, something gets caught in my teeth, which annoys me to no end, so that will motivate me to get some floss to get rid of it.
I use baking soda to brush with, once or twice a day. I use brushpicks to get the steak bits out that get stuck between my teeth. My teeth and gums remain healthy after more than 2 years of doing this. I've also noticed a significant reduction in tartar buildup, but I attribute this to the K2 I take in conjunction with a D3 supplement; K2 is known to reduce biofilm buildup.
Every tube of toothpaste in America is labeled a drug with a poison warning: call Poison Control immediately if more than a pea-sized amount is swallowed. The fluoride inside is a scrubbed toxic byproduct from phosphate fertilizer production, sourced through the same Chinese chemical supply chain. It’s added to 73% of U.S. public water supplies with no individual consent or dosage control. Swallowing one adult tube can kill a small child or hospitalize an adult from acute fluoride poisoning.
One is treated as a deliberate chemical weapon pushed by cartels.
The other is mandated by the government and put in the water and toothpaste.
Same poison, different delivery method, wildly different reaction.
I've been using a chocolate flavored fluoride free toothpaste: Dr. Sheffield's. It doesn't foam up as well as as the other toothpastes but I guess we can't have everything. You can get it from Amazon. I couldn't find it in any store.
I've been drinking distilled water since 1988 to fight fluoride.

Our opponents, the American Dental Association (ADA), have a similar e-book they provide to elected officials, which despite being full of misinformation, is entitled, "Fluoridation Facts." Outstanding! I like baking soda, mild abrasive, germ killer odor neutralizer and cheap.
That is outstanding. Help us pedes understand your methods that have been successful.
What do you use to clean them, if you don't mind my asking? And how often do you brush?
Do you floss or use a Waterpik?
How white or yellow are your teeth without using the abrasive tooth paste?
How do you keep from having tartar buildup?
Do you drink staining beverages like coffee, tea, cranberry juice, colas?

There are many brands of toothpaste in America that are fluoride free. Every thing else you stated is TRUE.
