This assessment really says your hair is not purple enough. My advice is, do not worry about your future as anyone you want a job with will see through this bogus report. Things always happen for a reason and they usually turn out better than expected. I have a feeling your future prospects will be just what you want.
Probably not. Probationary period means you can be let go for any reason they see fit within reason. You were not defamed or let go because of your race, gender, or religion. You won't win. I would just move on from this obviously toxic job. Probably the best thing to get far away from these blue hair retards.
A probationary employee can request feedback or examples of their performance that led to their termination, although they may not have the same formal appeal rights as permanent employees. It's generally a good practice for employers to provide this information to help the employee understand the reasons for their dismissal.

Sounds like more of a wrongful termination lawsuit, given the vague, unsubstantiated and borderline accusations.
You would have to find the right lawyer.
I was probationary so they can terminate for any reason. But the above statements harms my professional reputation and a publicly available document for anyone who requests it.
Yes you do. Big time. The only question an ex-employer can answer is "would you hire him again ". I worked for a large company, and as such, was a law suit magnet. Our "ethics" training was a summary of the technicalities in law suits against the company (and believe it or not, the one doing the suing was very often looking for a gravy train. Also, lawyers line up for the chance to get their 40% of the settlement from a fortune 500 company.)
Tough break. Unfortunately, you were discharged during a probationary period. The wording was no doubt advised by their legal team to avoid lawsuits. But it does not seem to meet the threshold of what would be considered defamatory - even though it feels that way. Basically, they said you didn't fit with their organization. Perhaps you weren't woke enough for their taste. They are allowed to make that assessment as are all employers.
Knowing this is part of your record, and other perspective employers will also come across it, you may have to think of strategies to do some mitigation during the hiring process - especially if your employment record is good with other employers. You have to sell yourself and highlight the good things. Try to see if you can think of what their problem with you was, and try to offset that going forward.
I am a firm believer in that when door closes, another one opens up. I ended up completely changing my career path and I have never regretted it. Good luck to you.

This is vague dem speak. Sounds like you need some specifics. If they make an inappropriate complaint then you might have something to get hold of.

It already has harmed you. As the previous anon advised, find a lawyer, one that will take on a bro bono case, as you will have to move afterwards.
Why would I have to move?
Probably because you are about to burn some bridges?

I’ve called several and so far nobody will take the case

do they have documented occurrences of racism or are they blindly calling you a racist? the file should have incidents to substantiate the assertion.
Zero documented incidents of racism. Blindly calling me a racist with zero evidence.
