Yep, Q has to do something before the next election. Arrest several Congress Critters, Governors, and state legislators and ship them off to Guantanamo so their "rescue party" cannot get near them. Then have newly installed Governors have snap elections to fill in vacant Congress seats. All this has to be done before November 2026.
