What about the people throwing bricks at ICE, not see arrests and prosecutions for that?
I get upset that not many of these people get arrested also, but I think ICE doesn't have enough people in their ranks yet to be able to arrest the people they are after, fend off and arrest those who are fighting against them to release the illegal. I actually don't know if ICE can arrest anyone except the illegals, are they? Serious question.
Now if the local police or another LE agency would be able to help with riot control and arrest those interfering, then that would be great, but I think either they don't send or don't send enough officers to arrest people, or someone is telling them not to unless absolutely necessary.
Since many of the police forces will not engage at all, it should be the national guard protecting ICE agents in the discharge of their legal duties. But then they find a Demonrat judge who rules no national guard. This is why the Insurrection Act is required. The system is broken, Too many who took an oath to defend the Constitution are, instead, giving the Constitution the finger. In the process they are also giving the finger to America.
Make the Guard personnel US marshals. I think we might have done that for DC. Then the judge can pound sand.
Couldn't Trump stack the US Marshall Service and send them around with ICE for this purpose?
Probably if they have enough Marshall's to go around, they haven't hired many in years I believe, because they haven't been active with Bidet in office. Now I can tell you they have been very active rounding criminals up all over, just like other agencies since Trump got in office. And everyone knows that federal agencies have been on a big hiring spree lately. So, they might be a little tight on extra people to share with other agencies right now. They do have task forces that work with the other agencies, federal & local LE. But like I said they've been sitting on their hands when Bidet was in.
