Why do illegal aliens need to be banned from doing anything. They're illegal. This seems like some do nothing politics to me used to trick people into believing progress towards a solution is being made.
Illegal aliens should have no freedoms to do anything in this country. This is like saying we will get people to stop using illegal drugs if we just make some more laws against their use.
What about strongly worded signs? Something like, "If you are illegal, you CANNOT send money to your home country. Also, you had better NOT open a bank account!"
These laws make it really hard for illegals to operate in Florida. They'll either self deport or go to another state. If all 50 states were like this they'd just leave the country
I understand the sentiment and goal behind the "legislation", however, if an "illegal" has a "valid ID" how is ANY of this going to work?
How will the bank know that someone shouldn't be opening an account if their documents are all proper/legit?
How will the banks know not to loan money to them if their documents appear proper?
How will the insurance companies know to reject the "illegal" if they have a "valid ID"?
Going to just rely upon racist vibes? They look somalian/black even though their ID appears valid..... so we cannot open this bank account for you? Owning one single square inch of American soil ought to be a right reserved exclusively for American citizens. American citizens who are born citizens not people who became naturalized. The only people who should be allowed to own land in this country are people who were born to two native born american citizens.
