“He’s got some problems… He’s renovating a small building. It’s the most expensive construction job in history - and it’s only a renovation. I could have done that job for $25 million dollars.
They’re spending billions of billions of dollars.
He either doesn’t know what he’s doing or it’s worse than that - and you know what I mean by ‘worse’.”
Okay hear me out on this one, I hate Powell, but I was talking to a friend about it who is in construction in Des Moines and he had an interesting point.
The new ballroom at the White House was supposed to cost $200M and then went to $400M for a 90,000 square foot space. They're doing a full tear down and rebuild. At the Fed building they have two buildings totalling 1.1 million square feet and it went from $1.9 Billion to $2.4 Billion. It doesn't seem so crazy.
Back in 1952 they had to gut and rebuild the whole White House due to structural and foundation damage. If you adjust the cost for inflation it was around 800 million bucks to do the whole project.
Anons, last night, I had an elderly normie go off about the Federal Reserve and their fraud, and had an opportunity to point out that we’ve been paying income taxes to a private foreign bank that isn’t federal, and has no reserves, and for over 100 years…
Sometimes you can get their attention when you explain how politicians / gubmint COSTS them money & makes them work more. A good example I use on people is how we all have to work at least 4 months (Jan thru beginning of May) before we start earning for ourselves.
From AI:

The most expensive construction job in history? How the hell did Powell think he could get away with this shit? His ass needs to be in jail now.
Powell just might have made a deal!
Why don’t you tell us?

Powell is more likely getting huge kickbacks from massive change orders for a simple renovation job. More people are involved with this scheme.
Look to the contractors and who they "donated" money to and you'll get the answers you seek.
The new meme:
"He doesn't know what he's doing or its worse than that
I have been say that since I heard he was spending BILLIONS on a renovation!
Here is added sauce on Powell from Judge Janine. https://www.foxnews.com/media/jeanine-pirro-fires-back-fed-chair-powell-says-no-one-above-law-amid-central-bank-probe
Its like they cant help it. All eyes are on these criminals, but they just cant stop!
