We had a "neighborhood child pedophile" when our boys were in grade school. A friend of mine would park right behind the pedo, as he was at the school when she picked up her daughter. She would then follow right behind him as he followed children walking home. She didn't let up until he gave up and drove away. She was a hero, too.
Dispatch - "How do you know this person?" ➖Man - "Um...He's our neighborhood child pedophile and there's two missing kids that's runaway from out there and he's got two teenage boys in the back of his truck."
It would have been EPIC if the 9-11 operator had replied:” Sir, police are on their way but it’ll be a few minutes. You are herby authorized and directed to engage and stop said suspect and initiate common sense justice as you deem appropriate. Do not kill, but administer Florida Flagler County redneck justice.”
