I don’t shop at Walmart often, but I was in one today. The shelves were full and I saw no signs limiting people’s purchases of any items.
It's not what is in the stores now. . .it's what won't be. The limits he indicates are imposed are in place so the retailers are preparing. Since weather conditions; as well as limitations imposed by tariffs, primarily affecting packaging; are the primary causes one would do well to consider the advise. Many of us already have some stockpiled food but a great many not so much. Don't forget second amendment supplies as hungry people are not necessarily rational and one must be prepared to protect you and yours.

Northern Nevada here. Got tp today. No signs. Shelves fully stocked. Same for the rest of the store. One exception was cat food aisle but that's not unusual at that Walmart. Earlier in the week I got a 90 day refill on my meds.
Alomg those lines, I have seen the prices of pet food -- cat and dog -- suddenly leapfrog at Wang-Mart over the past couple of weeks.
Kitty litter has zoomed up so much that I told my 16 year old cat that she'll have to learn to use the toilet. Naturally she just stared at me.
I saw this video today and wondered if it were true. Is President Trump's tariffs having an unexpected consequence on getting products into America, thus onto shelves in the major retailers? Seems kinda odd to me that we would be having an economy that is on its way up, yet retailers are limiting the number of toilet paper rolls you can buy.
I don't know if this is real or an AI generated hit piece on our economy. Have any of ya'll seen limits on purchases in your area? Maybe it is a supply chain disruption due to truckers being arrested for being illegal aliens.
The Wally-Worlds near me are stocked to the gills and the only limitations I've seen any signs of there are on certain baby formulas.
