Maryland seems to be the East coast California, and it is such a small state-it is no wonder we run out of money in Maryland and no one wants to pay any more, but Wes Tax & Fee Moore (supposedly our governor, but he can't/couldn't/ wouldn't pay his water bill in Maryland until he was running for governor) so he can not really govern ANYTHING, not even his private life.

I hope the people in Maryland can finally change to MAGA Republicans instead of the same idiots we (either cheating is going on or we actually keep electing these idiots) keep electing. Maryland is such a Blue state. We need a change next election, sooner if possible!
I do believe the motor voter situation combined with mail-in voting has made it impossible for Republicans to win. Even worse, a number of my conservative friends here think Trump is the problem. We actually had four Republicans in the House as recently as the 1990's. Granted, some were RINOs, but back then there wasn't this craziness. I think the only thing that can save this state is the SAVE Act.
I think whatever gets us to some sort of saneness in Maryland would be better than all the loons running and winning, did you hear the speaker of the house is a loon, loonier, than the last one ( some how Maryland finds the most loonies). And they actually win in this state-unbelievable.
Can't rebuild the Key Bridge, can't get BGE to stop gouging us, can't teach kids to read and do math, but if you don't want ICE to become state and county police officers, we're on it! Oh, and we'll murder your babies in the womb and mutilate the ones who do make it out. 😡😡😡
I'll pray for all of us, and I will pray for you to find a way out. I thought we'd never leave because of family obligations and the fact my husband is a lifelong Marylander and could never imagine living anywhere else. However, somehow my prayers were answered and he is now ready to move as soon as our youngest is done school. I hope there will be a way for you to become unstuck 🙏

Lost my father in 2023 and not long after my mother has become dependent on me and my brother so its been rough. I keep pushing each day and in time I will be able to move or maybe people will actually wake up here and there can be change.
That was me as recently as 3 years ago. Outside of my immediate family everyone else is gone now. I keep trying to change minds here, but even many of conservative friends think Trump is the devil himself. I wish I were more persuasive.
