I like my theory better. The goal isn’t for the DOJ to try the traitors in a corrupt public court. The goal is to charge them as enemy combatants in a military tribunal.
Durham had two slam dunk cases that prove no matter how solid a case is, lefty judges and lefty jurors will let seditious people walk. Bondi would actually be doing these people a favor if she charges them in the civilian courts.

Yes. Crooked judges, voter id laws and clean voter rolls. And illegals kicked out and people see the financial benefits/reduced crime before the elections of this.
This makes more sense than most theories out there, but I agree with u/BerlinWallCrosser that the crooked judges would need to be removed first, if this were to be tried in civilian court! OTOH, The u/TSearch Q post makes sense both from a Q Standpoint and from the conclusions that can be drawn from Durham's two slam dunk if not for corruption cases, and this may well apply to not just the lawfare cases but to the Clintons and everything else:

At what point is it ok to be a little discerning in the other direction and think some people are just trying to get clicks? None of us know the true scope of any plan, nor do we know who the actual key players are, and i really doubt any influencer does either.
And wasn't one of Q's last messages about being careful who we follow, that they nor anyone are prophets?

Anyone manipulating or slow rolling the law to serve any agenda would not be what I would vote for and I don't think this to be the case here either.
