Yeah…and the fact it’s on 1 April is going to give the dolts ammo to push back on it.
That's when they'll hear arguments. The ruling will come later.
It will probably be the last ruling in June. They usually save those big ones for their last release so they are already out of town before they hit.
You would they would work a little more than they do, at least I think they should. They make a lot of money-I wonder if they actually write their own opinions, or do they assign them to clerks to write after they dictate them to a recorder (not a person but a machine). Of course it has been a few years since I have been in work-a-day world,they could have different words for what I am saying. Or maybe not.
Gotta give both sides time to prepare their arguments.
What does the constitution say? If you’re not subject to jurisdiction of the USA, get the fuck out.
So simple a home schooled fifth grader can explain it.
