During NOvid I went wherever I wanted with my head held high, confident stride, no-one dared question me about stupid fucking masks or the rest of it. Except for one time, an arrogant checkout worker, who wasn't wearing a face nappy himself, tried to interrogate me why I didn't have one. I asked to see the Manager, quoted the relevant legislation, and he was sacked 🤩🥰😎
I wore mine over my mouth but breathed through my nose :) One time some grocery store worker confronted me about it and I just said "It makes it hard for me to breathe", and walked away (I can't remember if I even bothered to see or hear what his response was :) )
I lived in NY I was questioned often, no one was very aggressive one grumpy old man (a Walmart greeter lol) offered me a mask, I smiled and said No thanks. He started taking into his shoulder like he had a radio, saying we have a person upfront refusing a mask. I laughed my ass off

I wore a "PLAGUE DOCTOR" mask with the beak facing up like a dunce cap. It started lots of conversations, which my my intention.
