Unfortunately, the pool of beneficiaries has been contaminated. The properly eligible have been (and will be) harmed. Fix it as fast as possible to reduce the harm to them and the public. This is the doing of those who allowed the pollution to occur.
Cut everyone off and make them reapply. Fly in a C-5 worth of application specialists. If the applicants are motivated it could be done in six weeks or less.
Sounds ok on the surface. But, the big problem with harming the innocents is that it strengthens the true roots of the corruption- the democrat party. These kinds of moves only push those innocent victims towards voting for democrats, due to their necessity for survival. Target the problem, not the innocents.
Harsh measures are certainly appropriate to deal with the multi-billion dollar frauds the democrats have engaged in for decades. Let me see G-Men kicking in office doors of the corrupt officials responsible for the fraud, and jail doors being slammed, not innocent people being cut off from survival funds, and being drug through bureaucratic hell to re-file paperwork and shit, while suffering with ailments.
