It’s not particularly shocking. It allows them to perpetually relive the last time in their lives they were actually genuinely happy however brief a period it might’ve been. They don’t have children. Many of them aren’t married and will never be married. Statistically odds are good any family they may have isn’t all that close. If they are even still on speaking terms. The last 10-20 years has ended many familial relationships as many Anons are undoubtedly aware.
And by many measurable metrics. They’re among the most unhappy and heavily medicated generations in recent memory. Have lived through multiple once in a lifetime events and national tragedies that would have been considered era defining in the 20th century. It’s not exceptionally surprising many entered a state of arrested development and desperately cling to any source of what they perceive as happiness.
Was there once in my life as an adult (work conference). Felt like I needed a shower. Gross. The ridiculousness was obviously lost to the sheeply participants
I have been maybe 7-8 times over 40 years. Twice as a kid, the rest as a parent. None in about 10 years. I have absolutely zero idea why someone would want to go there as a single adult. Or even as a couple. Like where do these people go to eat alone? Chuck E. Cheese?
Mecca for fat millennial women...
Spending 10's of THOUSANDS of dollars for just one trip...
People have quit their jobs and moved to Orlando to go to the park EVERY DAY...

Excellent.
Me neither.
Had a chance to go but chose to hang back and work with the old man instead...
Harbinger of things to come? A split in the road?
Or maybe that's just how God made me...?
Meaningful but God does mysterious things.
Awful place.
Glad I saved my money.

You know what's up. 👍
I guess it's good they have Disney to escape to...
Because if they took a real look at real life, they'd be going after the real issues and ones that stole their adulthood out from under them ...
They're not angry enough...

Going to bed, but the opening of the video made me save it for later..
"Disney adults are going bankrupt for Disney? I wouldn't say they're going bankrupt for Disney, I'd say they're going hog wild."
🤣
