Ghislaine Maxwell is Maxwellhill. A former powermod that controlled many default subs like /worldnews

Now you all know Ghislaine Maxwell. There is a conspiracy theory she controlled the account Maxwellhill on Reddit. That user was a lead mod on a many subs including big ones like worldnews, technology, politics, environment, etc. They were controversial for being a lead mod on so many subs and controlling who became a mod without doing any actual moderating. There are many other posts on this, but they don't highlight the strongest points, don't talk about the writing style (her emails were recently released) and often don't talk about the motive for a British socialite wanting to control key Reddit subs.

1: Timing. Obviously this is key. Maxwellhill stopped posting on June 28, 2020, and Ghislaine was on the run and arrested on July 2 in a remote location. Maxwellhill had over 32000 submissions since 2006 and posted almost every single day up until that point. Vice later contacted Maxwellhill for comment for, ironically, a debunking article on this theory and received no response. Ghislaine's lawyer did not respond to Vice either. Why has the user not publically responded once since that date? Why not leave any clues on why they would stop posting all of a sudden?

2: Maxwellhill's writing style. Ghislaine is British. The user used the term bollocks numerous times, a British term. They also used the phrase "the mind boggles" and "bloody hell", also British phrases. More importantly, they wrote "plse" in their comment and posts.. a very unusual short form that is not commonly used. Ghislaine also uses "plse" multiple times in her email to her lawyer written Jan 10, 2015 and also to an email written to Epstein. Not only that, she uses the happy face ”:)” as part of her sign off, which Maxwellhill often used. More on this below. Both Maxwellhill and Ghislaine tended to use hyphens instead of periods, commas or semicolons to separate related ideas.

3: The fine details. The counter to this theory is a /worldnews mod named hasharin (who also posted a supposed private chat log between him and Maxwellhill after June 28 to debunk the theory - something easily falsifiable) wrote that Maxwellhill was a man living in Malaysia and his name was based off the former name of a location in Malaysia. The problem is that Maxwellhill had written offhand they had "visited" Malaysia. Why would you visit a place that you live in? Why does a Malaysian use British phrases and slang? Not only that, there was one comment by Maxwellhill where she signed off: "Cheers. Max :)" if the user name is just based off an obscure location, why sign off as Max if it's just a meaningless user name? Ghislaine even named her dog Max and had various online persona/emails with max in the name.

Ghislaine herself was technologically savvy. She called herself an "internet operator" and even had a tumblr account, which is unusual for someone for her age.

Maxwellhill wrote 15 years ago that they were born in December. A user replied with a date indicating December 21 to which Maxwellhill replied that their birthday was after that date, meaning her birthday was between Dec 22 to 31. Ghislaine's birthday is December 25.

Gizmodo did an interview with Maxwellhill at the end of Dec 2011. Gizmodo wrote: "The amazing thing about the emails we’ve been trading back and forth is that Maxwellhill has revealed almost no personal details. That’s actually awesome. The magic of anonymized Internet identity is that Maxwellhill could be anyone."

I thought this was hilariously ironic today.

Notably, Maxwellhill had this to say during the interview: "I am also busy with a potential business venture that is taking a large part of my time, but I try to squeeze in the odd link when I have the time…"

Ghislaine officially founded The TerraMar Project in 2012. It was a NGO focused on ocean conservation. Maxwellhill was active in /environment, /climate and /oceans.

4: Motive. Ghislaine's father Robert Maxwell was a high level Mossad operative before his mysterious death. Former Israeli intelligence, Ari Ben-Menashe, said he was a Mossad agent and went to the media with this shortly before Robert's death. Robert was a publishing magnate that controlled newspapers, textbooks, etc. Victor Ostrovsky who was former Mossad said Robert's publications were used as Israeli propaganda. The Daily Mirror, which Robert owned, was known for having a pro Israel slant. Today, /worldnews is known for its pro Israel nature (banning users who criticize Israel and deleting articles critical of Israel). Maxwellhill bragged to Gizmodo about turning /worldnews from a fledgling sub to a top one. They were a powermod who controlled who could be a mod, which allowed them to control moderation of those subs indirectly and subtly. Ghislaine was said to be Robert's favourite child out of 9 children (he even named his yacht after her) and she acted as his right hand in business dealings. The apple doesn't fall far from the tree.
