Well it is an AI translation, the original is not in english. I kind of prefer that to reading subtitles, but does open the door to abuse and completely changing what was said.
Did you track down the original? It's from his official account, so if its an AI translation or construct, it was apparently done under his team's control, so we can be confident that it sufficiently reflects any original he spoke in Spanish.

The thing that sounds the most AI about it to me is the voice. It sounds like those AI generated text to speech sort of voices.
I had my doubts and though X AI thinks it's legit it only increases the odds for me nothing is certain
