ICE officers arrested Angelina Lopez-Jimenez and Wendy Godinez-Lopez at the San Francisco International Airport. These illegal aliens had a final removal order of removal from an immigration judge since 2019.
While being escorted to the international terminal for processing, Lopez-Jimenez attempted to flee and resisted law enforcement officers. ICE is working as quickly as possible to repatriate the family unit to their home country of Guatemala.
Nice move from Trump. Maybe they will decide to start funding tsa again if, Trumpo is sending ICE into airports like this to fill in the hole left from tsa not being funded.
I'm wondering how they are even able to fly, being we have to prove our US citizenships by getting a "star ID", have a passport or have a military id. Like how do they have a passport or proof of citizenship to fly? We can't fly from state to state without one of those id's but they are able to fly? Unless these are the people who came on visa's (with a passport & id from their Country) and overstayed.
It should be obvious by now, that in "certain cities and states" (and likely airports as well), laws that apply to Americans don't apply to illegals, and that illegals can do whatever they please and go wherever they want.
Hopefully, ICE and National Guard backup will change that, at least for a while.
