I can't help but hear in my mind, the late Linda Moulton Howe saying that it is just not right that we have an entire culture of aliens established in Antarctica and our governments lie to us and cover it up.

If you had an entire culture of aliens in Antarctica and you wanted to cover it up, the absolute most ridiculous way to do it would be to kill a scientist who just testified to congress about it.
That's not "covering it up", that's saying "HEY, HEY YOU! HEY LOOK AT THIS! THIS INFO SHOULD BE VIRAL!"
You cover it up by killing them when you know they know the information. You cover it up by discrediting them after the fact.
Personally, I find the notion that aliens exist to be silly.
If you don't believe in God, It would take 81,000 years to travel between our solar system and even the closest star. Biological creatures traveling light years to our solar system over millennia just to magically arrive in the tiny sliver of time humanity has existed is ridiculous.
