There's a video in the first link, and the transcript in the second link. I thought it was funny, the way he said it. The transcript reads:

You know, when I went into Venezuela, I said... because I campaigned on the fact, peace through strength. You wouldn't have to use. I built this great military. He added the second "Cuba's next" just to mock the MSM, lol
