Sure the band that hates America, they have said it in many interviews plus the lead singer is a pedo sounds like a good trade. FYI I was a Rammstein fan at one point.
SHEESH I mean the air base! The KEY air base for lines of communication between Europe and the US, and to the areas of operation the US has been engaged in.
~Ramstein Air Base is a United States Air Force installation located in Rhineland-Palatinate, southwestern Germany. It serves as the headquarters for the United States Air Forces in Europe – Air Forces Africa and NATO Allied Air Command. The base plays a key role in supporting forward military operations, particularly those deploying to Eastern Europe and Africa. Constructed between 1949 and 1952 by the French Army and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Ramstein Air Base hosts over 16,200 military personnel, U.S. civilians, and contractors. The base is located near the town of Ramstein-Miesenbach, with the east gate about 16 km from Kaiserslautern, commonly known as "K-Town" among Americans. Other nearby towns include Landstuhl [the US hospital where evacuees from the Iraq and Afghanistan wars were treated!], located 5 km from the base's west gate.~
Why do you think I care about a possible movie reference, when Ramstein AFB is one of the most valuable assets for US projection of power and bringing back injured troopers to be stabilized before the journey back to the US??
Ramstein AFB is a Strategic US Asset. It is not mostly about NATO anymore.
I said Ramstein not Rammstein! For those who do not know the difference between a major logistics and force projection hub, and a band.
I just thought that everyone here KNEW about Ramstein AFB!
I flew in and out of there, as so many many others. I understand its strategic significance! I worked out in their gym regularly. I went to the O club and shopped in the BX. [Every dog faced soldier knew the AF facilities were superior to what the Army was budgeted for! But we got to go to their facilities when they were close enough! I was close enough to Ramstein!]
Even as an older Army pede, I still knew about the band Rammstein! Too BAD the younger pedes do not know about Ramstein AFB, a very major part of US force projection. I thought everyone knew about Ramstein AFB!
And Ramstein! We deserve Ramstein.

But Rammstein was on Space Ghost Coast to Coast once though, so that's cool.

It was a snarky joke. We knew what you were talking about. ;)
du?
?
du hast?
Ich habe Du hast Er/sie/es hat Wir haben Ihr habt Sie haben!
German 101, 1983 babyyy yyyyeah!
Rammsetin, OK I played at high volume on road trips! Kept me awake and in the driving groove.
Is this what you mean?
~Rammstein's "Du Hast" (1997) is a play on German homophones, intentionally confusing du hast ("you have") with du hasst ("you hate")~
