If someone is released back on the streets and that person then re-offends within a specified timescale then the judge loses points. As points reduce so do the types of cases over which the judge can preside.
Basically, if a judge exhibits poor judgement then he or she will not be judging as much in the future.
Other schemes are possible but getting away scot-free should not be one of them.
How about this, when a judge releases someone, the judge is equally guilty for all crimes that person commits, and the judge must receive the maximum sentence for each crime.
Getting pretty sick of this sh!t.
I propose a scoring system for judges.

Instead, convert those points into jail time for the judges, no bail & no parole.
Dont even need that. Just need to pass laws with strict sentencing that gives them zero discretion.
Judges who release criminals are complicit in future crimes committed.
If the points reduce what happens when you get to zero. Instead add points for each incident and base the punishment on the number.
