Ever since I found out that Western Canada almost joined the US until the the promised trans Canada railroad was built, I have been a huge fan of Western Canada joining the US.
Trump does have 56 stars on his American flag in the virtual Presidential Library.
We in the USA should be hoping hard for this to happen. There will be a benefit for us that people may not be aware of, that being an open door to the bountiful good water of Canada. Over time, no more drought concerns in our country now dependent upon the Colorado River, primarlly. It will be a whole new era. Just keep an eye on it so that Nestle corporation bastards don't attempt some sort of monopoly the way they already do here. Shasta county groundwaters a good example.
“Mitch Sylvestre, the head of Stay Free Alberta, arrived at the Elections Alberta office in Edmonton on Monday leading a convoy of seven trucks to deliver the names.
‘This day is historic in Alberta history’, Sylvestre said. ‘It’s the first step to the next step — we’ve gotten by Round 3 and now we’re in the Stanley Cup final’.”
And the U.S will for all practicality with that move secure defacto control over the Alberta Tar Sands. Even if Alberta does remain independent and doesn’t seek U.S annexation/territorial status. Meaning either way the U.S will hold even more of the cards when it comes to global energy.
Alberta leaving will also likely indicate other provinces will follow suit. Saskatchewan and Manitoba potentially. Being effectively cut off territory wise would also likely mean British Colombia will follow out of necessity if nothing else.
Two thing that I have heard about the oilsands are that they extend east as far as Manitoba and that in Alberta alone there is enough oil in the oilsands to supply North America for at least a hundred years. Yes, it's more expensive to extract than from wells but, it's a very viable alternative.
Where does Alberta's oil go? Now that Venezuela and Iran are out of rotation for cheap product, does the deep state, China need Canada's cheap oil? I have no sauce but I have a feeling Alberta's oil feeds the machine as much as Iran and Venezuela did. So that leaves us with their separation election. The powers at be will not allow Alberta to leave. If it is the last source, it might bring violence, especially since Ontario has been allowing Chinese military troops on its soil.

Wow, I just checked and you are correct. There are 56 stars.
Would love the sauce on that. I remember when Oblama said theire were 50 some states and he was rightly ridiculed for it.

301,620 Albertans signed the independence petition.
That’s roughly 17% of the number of people who voted in the last provincial election.
And it happened through the coldest, harshest months of winter.
That is not fringe. That is a movement.

Will Chyna invade Alberta instead of Taiwan? 😥
I do still wonder why Trudeau had Chinese troops practicing military drills on Canadian soil.
They went from canucked to just cucked.
Well, they already invaded Vancouver, BC.
Nope. Hongcouver
