There is no means in U.S. law to overturn a certified presidential election or remove a sitting president after inauguration, even if widespread fraud is later proven. The 2020 election was certified by all 50 states and Congress, and Joe Biden was inaugurated on January 20, 2021. At that point, the result became final under the Constitution.
If election fraud is now proven, the only legal remedy is criminal prosecution of individuals involved. I don't know if ALL of Biden's decisions, presidential orders and laws he signed or political appointments can be overturned after the fact... but they were the results of fraud.
What if Biden was taken over knowing he was not competent and they simply undo everything because people used the auto pen. Even the people within his cabinet could be taken over and using the auto pen is the legal way to remove everything he did
I believe if it's fraud it can be overturned. If 50 states certified it they did so because they were not aware of the fraud at least some of them. Maybe the military is the only way

However, Crowley did not elaborate on the specifics of the forthcoming evidence, as reported by The Washington Times.
In another recent parallel development, FBI Director Kash Patel expressed a similar urgency during a Fox News interview, stating, âWeâve got all the evidence, [and] weâve got all the information we need.â
Patel continued, emphasizing the collaboration with prosecutors at the Department of Justice and their Attorney General Todd Blanche, declaring, âWe are going to be making arrests and itâs coming, and I promise you, itâs coming soon.â

If this has to be judicially handled in DC, I wouldn't hold my breath. These cases may have to be tried in the court of public opinion for there to be enough pressure to take some action. Just of thought given the position of most of the activist Dem judges in DC.
Two self reinforcing attacks on the democrats leading into the midterms are election fraud and government money fraud. I expect it to be played out over several months, not in one big go. The democrats will be on defense the whole time and every excuse will blow up in their faces.
