I thought about the railroad company's, Vanderbilt I think was one of those companies that steal the land for the railroad in the 1800s. If the people didn't sell they would just kill them.
Well they got 300 plus families that are being evicted, each family's got to have at least one person who can hold a rifle. That's a three hundred man army that can hold down land they are familiar with.
"Discover" buried ancient Indian bones on your property and in the neighborhood (even if they were creatively acquired)... and then call the Bureau of Indian Affairs and the local tribes to come in and protest building a Data Center, or even ownership change, until all of the land has been checked and cleared of any more ancient Native American artifacts.
That should tie it up in the courts for the next 10 years.
If a developer so much as turns a shovel load of dirt on the land... report to the local tribes that you saw them hauling off something secretively in large black trash bags. You have no idea where they took whatever it was. :>)
Interesting thing to note: Brave New World had central facilities that were precursors to data centers, which were used to store biological and psychological data.
It seems to be a bit of a quagmire regarding federal vs state laws on this issue AND the alleged wild card of these local data centers being deemed "critical infrastructure" AND potentially under the purview of the military, national security and other gray areas along those lines...
Start digging...see if you ultimately encounter similar findings...
Yes, that why I went and got a job. I am a Preschool teacher. I teach the basic good stuff, like don't put boogers in your friends hair, and don't lick your friends. lol Its the best 5 hours of my day... lol
the holdouts were actually a tailor named Pieter Carstens and an innkeeper named Johannes Verburg. When the hotel was being built in the 1880s, the owners of houses No. 46 and 47 refused to sell, even when offered up to 46,000 guilders—a massive fortune at the time. The Result: The developers eventually lost patience and constructed the grand Victoria Hotel around the two houses. If you stand in front of the hotel today, you can still see the two original 17th-century facades "sunken" into the hotel’s much larger, more modern front.
Perhaps donating a 1 acre parcel of land to the Muscogee Creek Nation, which used to inhabit that area, to be part of their reservation territory.
Let's see the government kick the Creek Native American tribe off their ancestral lands and their newly acquired reservation property to build a Data Center.
It might not be worth the national headlines to build a data center there.
I don't think so, unless some major exoskeelton is built around the building to support the top floor-supported by new posts and beams. Those data centers are heavy. can't a\have that waving in the air.
Alshully, putting them in a basement is a better idea. But that is complicated in terms of land rights. Who owns the 'underground services' under the 'land'? Already the local authorities own the 'sewer' that lies underground. But what happens when it is an entire data centre?
Why ask where Trump is? Instead, why not ask why this person and all their neighbors don't just say no, and prevent it from happening? Government is not our ruler, we are its ruler.
This situation is very frustrating but, what people need to understand on situations like this is how you hold the title of the property is a big deal when situations like this arise.
You do NOT own the land unless you hold it through an allodial title. Fee simple, which is how nearly all land in this country is held, entitles you to ownership of EQUITY of the property, not the property or the land it's on. The government technically owns the land and, although they can't take it from without "just compensation" they are completely within their rights to force you out if the benefit to the public outweighs your inconvenience. That said, it can be stopped if enough people show up and demonstrate their needs/voices are louder than the potential development proposed to be put there. There is a lot of infrastructure in LA that was stopped (see I-710) by people protesting eminent domain but it took a while before people got loud enough to stop the land grabs.
It sucks, and I sure don't agree with it, but that's the way things are at the moment.
Beats me I just heard about this stuff a few months ago and that's when I started searching. I know it uses allot ALLOT of water, then that water that was used has crap in it so it isn't good for the environment. They are building one, 3 county's over so I'm sure I will be hearing more...
Bundy / Ruby Ridge 2.0 incoming...
Killdozer 2.0

Why I feel those suckers might have invented/forced the findings to be there and then planned to steal and take?
Fight Fight Fight
Anyone have relatives or known ones on this local area?
Those need to be VERY informed.
Interesting thing to note: Brave New World had central facilities that were precursors to data centers, which were used to store biological and psychological data.

Now, I don't want to alarm anyone, but I certainly hope we're not trading 1984 for Brave New World.. kek
Yep this was the one Q post that has always worried me.
I dug a bit on this thing the other day...

Things like this make me feel uncomfortable. Your going along the hole and it always comes out with the people who got rich off the backdoor deals...
You're not alone fren.
Eternity gives me comfort.
I'm here doing this job only for a little while
And then I'll be tasked with another job somewhere else...
Whether it's good or bad in this realm, it won't last forever.
That you can be sure of!
We just gotta do the best we can & not get mad at things we can't really change that are out if our control.

We know people who live in the county who were absolutely against it and fought against it. But their county commissioners betrayed them.
https://www.fox5atlanta.com/news/coweta-county-approves-massive-project-sail-data-center
The next county over, Fayette, approved a Blackstone affiliated data center and promised there wouldn’t be water issues. Doesn’t seem to be true.

Trump notably silent on this among many Global Digital Prison Superstate topics...
Yes I have notices this too, not a peep...
Ya where is Trump on this ? Anybody let him know that it is happening?
There is history in AMsterdam of defying this sort of aggresive take-over: https://www.parkplazavictoriaamsterdam.com/our-history/

More recent example is the KIlldozer.
Wow this is very interesting. Thank you for sharing...

They could put them on top of Parking garages In the cities...

Think 'horizontal drilling' wars in the oil-game.
They have a choice

Put up bat habitats or other protected species housing
A bald eagle's nest.
Take a state park and use that instead. Then lets see how fast people react.
Yes eminent domain is one of the most fucked up land grab schemes there are.

Can someone please explain to me the problem with data centers?
Based on the unprecedented approval of nuclear power plant applications under Trump, it can't be that?
I heard it messes up the water table... Rivers, birds, fish and other animals.
How though?
I'm looking for concrete reasons for their opposition.
I will however do more research on my own, thanks for your reply.

Awesome. And if you let them, then you get what you fucking deserve.
How do you stop them?
