This is not anything new. Back in the day, I had teachers like this. All the students knew who they were and many times so did the administrators. They did nothing and those teachers remained in the classrooms.
They probably "got her" for criminal violations because of her opportunity to "groom" him, her "position of authority" and teacher-student ethics violations. Otherwise,16 IS the age of consent in a lot of places and, unless there's an age-gap clause, what she did might not have been illegal had she done it with another 16-year-old but-for the teacher-student relationship.
Guys that age are raging horndogs and many (/most?) of those who are short on "morals" would "let the little head do the thinking" and would willingly accept the offer of sex with most any woman whom they consider to not be repulsive.
Was what she did wrong? Yes: 1) she should've known better and 2) she was married.
Was the kid a willing participant? Probably. (Remember, SHE confessed.)
So, why? In addition to user "Tynyyn's" thoughts/considerations:
*Maybe her husband was/is "disappointing" and she was "frustrated".
*Maybe it was a thrill for her.
*Maybe her husband' is "reproductively-challenged" and she saw the kid as a diy/low-cost sperm donor.
*Who knows?
There were probably a number of reasons. It would be interesting to find out the real motivator(s).
What was the parents relationship with the kid? Were they coequal parents or had they split the sheets? Did they take the kid to church on a weekly basis?
What was the marriage like for the teacher? Was she abused, a drunk, opt head, or just in a loveless marriage?
We're anyone involved on prescription drugs? Weird things roll through your mind with some doctor prescribed medicines.
Yea, I believe it all gets back to her because she was the adult in the room, but I'm just curious if some underlying reason could have been the trigger.
NOTE: A 16 Year Old Kid is NOTHING BUT A RAGIN' HORMONE FACTORY...that is all...AND these "female" teachers "KNOW THIS"!!!!! If they find the kid cute, like in this case, they see that the enevitable is going to happen!!!!!
