I would not think that Trump will be there without his own Chinese interpreter. Chinese interpreters in China are very mechanically literal in their translations, often missing the nuances of English and idioms. The US interpreters give more full bodied translations catching those turns of phrase and expressions. Xi Mingze would also be able to do that for her father plus he can trust her. Trump however, still needs his own person. Xi cannot be trusted.
Sorry, I don't buy that Trump and rest of them are somehow allies. I have been following them for too long to think anything different. Putin, maybe, and that is a big stretch. He is not that noble.
