There are a LOT of "Delaware corporations" because it's a no business/income tax state.
It's not a hard stretch to see ...in the not too distant future - robots (and other fictitious persons) having rights... and the right to vote.

Why aren’t corporations counted for apportionment of representative seats? How many employees does a corporation need for it to count as a person for apportionment? What if one person has 8 corporations where he’s the only employee, does that mean he gets 9 votes?

That judge needs to be relieved of all responsibilities. There is no excuse for allowing this crazy to make decisions that affect citizens
Gosh, I wonder when was the last time this judge read the United States Constitution and all of its amendments? Oh, he's a lefty, that means he's special and got a "get out of reading the Constitution" card.
Maybe it should be mandatory for all judges to be forced to read the Constitution on a yearly basis and then have a test to see if they retained what they've read.
At what point do we recognize that we've allowed a very few unelected individuals the power to control our lives and country? This widescale perversion of the intent of justice and rule of law will have to be stopped at some point.
