First, my condolences on the loss of your friend. Second, I fear that there will be more cases like this because we are 5+ years out from the vaccine rollout.
My brother in law, solid MAGA, career Army, passed this weekend at 49. He was one of the earliest jabs and seemed to have zero issues and I was always hopeful he'd have no issues. But, out of the blue Saturday night he was in his garage working on something and just fell over and died.
First, I am sorry for your loss. Second, I fear that we may see more cases like this now that we are 5+ years from the vaccine rollout.

I am very sorry for your loss, I am expecting any day for my siblings too. All of them got the jabs and not only one more than few.
Those at the top, including CEO’s of Pfizer, Moderna, J&J must pay for hiding the side effects and homicide. Also those in administration in the NIH, FDA, military heads who mandated and suppressed known side effects. Fauci circumvented gain of function and needs to be prosecuted and executed. All those who profitted: doctors, hospital CEO’s and CFO’s. Businesses who mandated must divulge why they mandated too: bribery, threats of loss of contracts or business licenses, pay offs if a percentage of their work for e took the Covid shot. Restitution for those injured paid for by their businesses and the government.
The evil ones did it on purpose so people died by the millions. They didn’t have any compassion the evildoers wanted to kill all of us and among them probably my mother, while she was with me she didn’t get any jabs but when she went to my sister and my sister in law around the middle 2024 something happened my mom came back in December and was really sick. Died in April 2025), (also she was with my sister. I don’t know what happened to my mom while I was not with her, I couldn’t say goodbye and hold her hand or anything, she died alone in a hospital while I was trying to get there (didn’t get there on time). I blame myself all the time. 😔

Sometime I wonder if this was supposed to wake people up, but it failed. It just didn't work. Virus in an election year, and a vaccine that kills just was not enough.
(I also sometimes wonder if it was a demonstration of someone's power that it could be made to play out like that, a brute force show of power to make everyone dance to pure nonsense. It worked)

You generally do not die from a sinus infection.
