Mortgage...
is a BIGGER crime than "mortgage fraud."
The entire concept of, requirements for, and the associated crimes surrounding "the Mortgage" is a crime so huge, it beggars belief, once you understand how much of a crime it really is. The people who create (and conceived of the concept of) the "mortgage" are so evil, I can barely even speak about it. The people who create the "laws" around their "mortgages" are criminals that are just as bad (complicit, and directly connected peoples). The fraud of what "law" itself is (as we understand it) is so completely fraudulent it's... It's... the deception is so complete, we can't even express it, because the brainwashing is so complete, it can't be heard.
"Mortgage fraud" is redundant. They are the same word in a different scope.
So if a "mortgage" is itself a crime and a fraud (one of the biggest crimes), can "mortgage fraud" be a crime? Is a "mortgage fraud crime" itself a crime, or the opposite (a social good)?
Why does it cost that much in the first place? It should be free (your skill, labor and materials from your land) or "cheap" (maybe 10 to 50k in parts and labor in our current market) plus the cost of land (which should be 1/10th of it's current cost).
Every single part of "construction" or "buying a home" is a scam. I should know. I've built or remodeled many homes. I've designed and engineered dozens. I've bought and sold about ten of them. I've taken out or otherwise processed more mortgages than any one else I know. I've also written a book on the topic (in part).
EVERY PART is a scam. And that's just a home. That doesn't even get into what a mortgage really is.
It is a crime but It can be paid off so that the bank has no entitlement to it (property). But the City, County, And OR State do. They have you pay a yearly Mortgage (tax) or else they will take it and auction it. Which is a bigger crime? Mortgage or property tax? The Decloration, Written by Thomas Jefferson changed the Philosophy of John Locke from Life, Liberty, And The Pursuit Of Property to Happieness as a way to not include the ownership of slaves as a personal right granted by God. But Locke's philosoph, A liberal ideology, was spot on and it became the foundation of the American Dream. The Idea that God granted all humans the right to free expression, free life (and slavery goes back long before AMerica ever was thought of LIbs look it up we are the first nation on earth in the entire history of the world to make it illegal and give freedom to all individuals so stop shit talking my beautiful country) and ownership of property without fear that the government could just take it from you and the right to own firearms to protect those properties. The Banks make it easier ( even though the idea of debt and surity are Jewish banker bully ideas) to purchace and own property (land Homes Cars Ect) because they were big ticket items and most people had wealth that was handed down to them from parents or grandparents, the government F's everyone it can. Biggest gang ever that just takes what it wants. But Property tax was never a way to pay for schools it has always been a way for the government to impead on the idea that Locke had or property ownership that could only be taken through a legal manner that involved the court and the citizens of the City, county, State. While the phrase "pursuit of happiness" became symbolic of the American Dream, the actual legal protection of Locke's original triad was embedded directly into the U.S. Constitution. The Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments explicitly protect the right to "life, liberty, or property" through the Due Process Clause, ensuring the government cannot take these from any person without a fair legal process. Due process itself is a freeking crime when it comes to the ability for the Government to take any property from a person. Just look at imminent domain. It is the crookedest law that lawyers, judges, and politicians have ever come up with and most people do not know that if you can get the signatures of the majority of the City, County, Or State where the domain is then they cannot take it. It has to be used to better the lives of the community and if that community is more on the side of the person keeping their property then the law says the government cannot just take it. We have become so lazy and complacent in america and this is what the enemy wants. Bread and circus to keep us entertained so we have no free time to think and act on the things that actually matter. YOu dont think it matters well look ahead 100 years and ask yourself ifi its goingto matter to your offspring. Rant over.
Ask any realtor if they have ever had to counsel a buyer NOT to do mortgage fraud like what James has done, they will say yes. The thinking is "why should I pay a higher rate just because its an investment. I'll just tell a little white lie".
I wrote to the NY State Attorney General office about a local fraud issue involving a semi-government utility (they consider themselves a public utility when that identify benefits them, and call themselves a private business when that identification benefits them). I received a letter back stating that it is a local issue that I need to have the local authorities look into. The thing is, it is a corrupt relationship between the county government and this "utility" that I wrote them about! Totally worthless "law enforcement" entity!

Same way they did it before mortgage: Build it, inherit it, buy it. Prices would not be so high if mortgage didn't exist
