Is a real screen just not a EBS screen. But a test screen for video equipment. Just look up color bar test screen and boom a bunch of places have that same or similar screen.
I realize all that. My troll sent me a picture without any of it. I simply asked when the picture was taken during the building of the set? And they have television screens and have to test them. It is an explanation. Pick up posting pictures not showing any of it probably from the early pictures.
It's also a no signal display. TV channels that didn't broadcast at 3am used to display those.

It looks to be just a color bar test screen. Large screens like that are technically smaller screens with no border linked together so they have to make sure the image is aligned, and colors match for the panels. Its quite a common screen on professional video equipment.

Hose are used all over media, from television, to movie, to any form of visual media where a test pattern is used when nothing is being displayed.
I'd call this a STRETCH, to call this an emergency broadcast hint. Not even similar colors. Just un-plugged-in LCD monitors being set up
